From form to resolution

Every request follows a clear, traceable path. All actors are notified automatically.

Submission

The requester fills in the form, attaches files if needed and solves the CAPTCHA. They receive a confirmation email with a personal link.

Validation (optional)

If a validator is defined, the request is submitted to them. They can approve or reject with a reason. The requester and recipient are informed.

Processing

The recipient views, replies, annotates or processes the request from their dashboard. They can also delegate it to another department.

Tracking & reminders

The requester tracks their request via their personal link. Automatic reminders nudge the recipient if the request stays open too long.

Closure

The request is marked as processed or deleted with a reason. The requester is notified. A PDF can be generated for archiving.
